Another transform your crate – this month we’re turning it into an old fashioned car! Coming in either Red, Blue or Green – we got Red.
I have to mention that this month’s Mega Crate included a Samsung Curved 55-Inch 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV – and I want one.
The Flash OR Green Arrow Hood Ornament-Style Figure
We got the arrow version. I’m watching Arrow, because it’s okay, and because I really like The Flash and they have crossover episodes that can be a little frustrating to follow if you’re not watching both shows. The ornament itself is really cool, very awesome pose. However, I’m unsure how it affixed, how long it would stay, and how long it would actually last – thinking of harsh weather. I’ve seen some people affix them to the inside-out Loot Crate, maybe we will do that.
Battlestar Galactica “Scar” Vinyl Replica
FRACK! I love this show. I’m still working my way through it, I’ve stalled somewhere in Season 3 – I think because Adama is looking a little fat and that makes me sad. However, I have seen the Scar episodes and receiving this was awesome. I forget that there are plenty other people out there who liked this show, so I’m always surprised when I see merch for it.
Stark Industries Racing Tee
This shirt is cool, and would have been widely popular. It’s design is a little subtle, so unless you stop and read it – it’s not obviously a Marvel fanboy shirt. Old school design to fit with old school racing and old school Stark.
Batwing Keychain
So DC officially outweighs Marvel in this crate. I think I’m sick of getting keychains, because really how many does one person need. You get a keychain, you pop all your keys on it, and then a few months later you get another because… I don’t know. It’s not really the same as changing accessories like watches or earrings – this takes effort. Though it is made of really solid stuff, and is a really cool vehicle. So I suppose it’s alright, another item that can go in the “gifts” pile.
Gone in 60 Seconds “Eleanor” Die-Cast Car
Yay! Another die-cast! I don’t recall if I’ve ever seen this movie, but I like cars and I love this car. These die-casts are quality, and now I have some symmetry in the collectibles cabinet after re-organizing to have the die-cast from September 2015‘s Crate sitting across from “Eleanor”.
This Crate was quality AND quantity, full of items that make you go “huh, cool!” at the very least, and “Oh, awesome!” in other places.
We have skipped the October 2016 Crate and looking forward to receiving this months’ November 2016 Crate.
